Talented students become well-trained young employees with the ability to grow into master technicians

It is a partnership among participating automotive manufacturers, participating local dealers, and selected high schools/vocational schools. The goal: To encourage bright students with a good mechanical aptitude to pursue careers in the ever-changing field of automotive technology, and to prepare them for entry-level positions or challenging academic options.

Eventually, the scope of AYES will be expanded to prepare students for all career opportunities in dealerships.
