Out-of-State, PA Title to Dealer Title - On-site production of
dealer titles is available within hours of receipt, provided there are no
paperwork errors. Transactions include out-of-state titles; PA title to dealer
title (6 month title); and MV-38D with a front and back copy of the title (and
MV-27A or B).
Lost Title to Dealer Title - A customer who has lost the
vehicle title may apply for a duplicate, along with transferring ownership to a
Pennsylvania dealer with an MV-38O SPOA and MV-4ST. PAA will process a
Pennsylvania title in the dealer’s name and forward it directly to the
dealership.
Duplicate Dealer Titles - Use the MV-38O to request a title
that is already in the dealer’s name. Requests can also be processed for
customers and lending institutions.
Repossession Titles - Whether a bank or dealership
repossession, PAA can produce titles that were repossessed on-site.
