If you have an existing account with FedEx, simply email the FedEx account number to Robert.ziemba@fedex.com and he will link it to the new PAA discount plan. This is all you need to do providing you have a current FedEx account. Within a few days, your new rate will be available.

 

If you need to establish a FedEx account number, please follow the instructions below:

1. To get a FedEx Account number, simply call 800-463-3339, push “0” for a live customer service representative and ask to have a new account set up! This can usually be done in minutes! Please have a credit card available, just in case you are asked for it. Most new accounts are started with a credit card and migrated to paper invoices after 90-days!

2. Email your new account number BEFORE SHIPPING to: Robert.ziemba@fedex.com so it can be linked to the NEW PAA discount plan! Within a few days, your new rate will be available. If you do not email robert.ziemba@fedex.com your account number, it will not be linked to the new rate structure.

 

After you have your FedEx Account established:

 

VISIT www.fedex.com/us/ * and register your new account under the New Customer Center on the left side of home page!

 

CLICK ON THE “SHIP TAB” of FedEx.com after you register and choose from a menu of items such as (prepare shipment, find a drop off location, or order the supplies you need). Your discounted rates will appear on the bottom of the screen once your account is activated.

 

BECOME familiar with www.fedex.com/us/* for all your shipping needs!

 

SPECIAL NOTE: FEDEX EXPRESS PICKUPS: Ship often? If you are shipping letters and documents everyday you can call 800-463-3339 (press “0”) and ask to have a FedEx Express Courier stop and pickup each day or even a specific day of the week! There is no pickup charge if you arrange for a “regular scheduled” pickup! FedEx Express only charges for a pickup when you call for one that is not a "regular scheduled" pickup. This charge would be $4.00 per item.

 

Don't ship that often? Consider dropping off your "prepared" packages at a FedEx Drop Box, FedEx Location, or even at a FedEx Authorized Shipping Center! Find a drop off location by going to FedEx.com and click on the “Ship Tab.”
