Who Should Attend?

 

All individuals applying for a notary commission for the first time or who have had any lapses between commissions are required to take an approved 3-hour notary training course with in 6 months (no earlier) prior to application. Individuals who were initially appointed prior to July 1, 2003 are not required to meet the education requirements.
