Change of Ownership, Name, Location - PAA provides dealers with a comprehensive packet of forms and instructions for establishing a new dealership, including:

  • duplicate occupancy permits
  • contract applications
  • lot licensing
  • Pennsylvania sales tax
  • state employer withholding
  • PTA tax numbers

PAA reviews and submits changes of ownership, location and/or dealership name. Assistance is provided for obtaining new salesperson’s licenses, as well as transfers of salesperson’s licenses. PAA can also assist with dealer and salesperson’s license renewals.
