Vision Insurance
Davis Vision is a leading national administrator of routine vision care. Benefits
include coverage for eye examinations, eyeglasses and contacts. Optional items
such as designer frames, lens coatings and invisible bifocals are also available at
low, discounted fixed fees.

Choose a participating network provider to get the greatest value and maximize your benefit dollars. The plan allows you to use out-of-network provides; however, a claim form would then be required and Davis Vision discounts would not apply.
PAA is pleased to offer two Davis Vision options.
Fashion Plan – Adults may receive an exam and new eyewear every 24 months; children under age 19 may receive an exam and lenses every 12 months, frames every 24 months.
Designer Plan – Adults and children may receive an exam and eyewear (including lenses and frames) or contacts in lieu of glasses every 12 months.
